- Sales: A dedicated Sales IT Engineer not only to understand your requirements and help you choose the right equipment, but works as part of your team to ensure that your event, project or training is a big success.
- On-Site Team: A Field IT or AV Technician assists with planning and setting up the hired equipments and integrate it with your existing equipments.
- Support: A support Team is a phone call away to guide you either on phone or on-site, not to mention a content rich support section on our web site answering most of your questions with step-by-step guides to help set-up or troubleshoot your equipments.
- Equipments Delivery: We deliver to any where in Australia including rural and remote areas, please talk to our sales team to find out if your order qualifies for a free delivery.
- Equipments Pick-Up: Once your event is over and you finished using the equipment our team will help packing up the equipment. Most of our equipment hire packages includes free of charge equipment pickup please talk to one of our sales team to see if your package includes free pick-up of the rental equipments.
