Will Rental Plus Beat a verbal quote?
Yes and No, you will be required to provide a written quote, that is currently available in the market place. But if you have a verbal REASONABLE quote give us a call and we will match the price and UPGRADE the equipment for you.

How much will Rental Plus beat other quotes by?
We will beat our competitors quotes by the following:

• We beat any IT, AV and Office equipment hire WRITTEN quote (including quotes for laptops, desktops, Projectors, PA Systems, Internet Kiosks, servers, LCD and Plasma) by at least 10% up to 20%
• We will MATCH any REASONABLE VERBAL quote and UPGRADE the equipment for you

 

What does "genuine and available quote" mean?
Available means that the competetor's quote is current, genuine and available to be booked at the time you present it to us. If the made and model of the quoted equipment is not available, we will offer you the best available alternative or upgrade that will suit your requirements. Alternative meaning: same or similar equipments with smilar specifications and same quantity.

Regarding the verbal quotes, What does "Upgrade the equipments" mean?
For example if you have a verbal quote for a cheap SVGA projector(800x600), we will match the price and upgrade the equipments to a 2500 lumens Native XGA (1024 x 768).
